Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment network. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel. dv188 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may apply its own transaction fees, for which dv188 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed by dv188 to verified payment methods within the timeframes displayed in the Platform's cashier section. dv188 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for standard IDR withdrawals to major Indonesian banks and e-wallets during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
Unless a Member has selected a supported cryptocurrency denomination, all Account Balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dv188 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate for Members using cryptocurrency channels and bears no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
dv188 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. dv188 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel any withdrawal that triggers an internal compliance review. In such cases, dv188 may request additional documentation. Where legally required, dv188 will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Member.
Important: Depositing funds into your dv188 Account solely for the purpose of subsequently withdrawing them — without any genuine intention to wager — constitutes an abuse of the Platform and may be treated as suspicious financial activity under dv188's AML procedures.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawable amount cap as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Any amount in excess of the stated maximum withdrawal cap arising from bonus-funded wagers will be removed from the Member's Balance upon withdrawal request processing.

Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Where termination arises from your breach of these Terms, dv188 reserves the right to forfeit your entire Account Balance. Where termination is initiated by dv188 for reasons unrelated to your conduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dv188 is incorporated. dv188 operates as an internationally licensed platform and complies with the anti-money-laundering, player protection, and responsible gaming standards required under its operating license.
